We are hiring for a Sales Executive to join our fast-growing, Norwegian VC-funded software client - Decisions [[please apply online] software integrates with all Microsoft tools that a company already uses daily; including Teams, Outlook, Word, OneNote, SharePoint/OneDrive, Planner and more, that means more productivity, efficiency and collaboration delivered by utilizing the Decisions software — without switching between apps.

• Earn yearly salary of $78,000 OTE ($60,000 basic + $18,000 uncapped commissions)

  • Your sole mission is to drive end-to-end net new business sales, managing customers through the software subscription sales process. Including finding pipelines, delivering demos, managing/closing procurement processes, and driving adoption and/or expansion.
  • Achieving a business quota of $168,000 yearly.
  • You will be using HubSpot for forecasting and account profiling.

  Requirements

  • Able to work on a hybrid model for 3 days a week from our Miami Lakes USA Hub.
  • Minimum 1-year of outbound B2B sales experience working with C-level contacts at SMBs
  • High-energy, driven sales professionals with sound business acumen
  • Eagerness for career advancement by demonstrating your ability in sales and leadership
